Bodyshop Manager Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Bodyshop Manager to lead our accident repair centre in Birmingham. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing a team of experts and ensuring the site's success through passionate leadership and informed decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a team of Paint Sprayers, Panel Beaters, MET Technicians, Estimator, and administrative staff
  • Oversee entire site management, including Health and Safety, Performance Management, Financials, and Customer Service
  • Set targets and drive performance to achieve or exceed financial and operational targets
  • Lead by example and promote a positive work ethic
  • Recruit and develop direct reports to drive performance and achieve targets
Requirements:
  • Technical knowledge and experience of the Accident Repair and Bodyshop industry
  • Previous experience in a management position with the ability to lead and coach the team
  • Ability to organise office administration, control systems, and financial resources
  • Relevant and up-to-date knowledge of vehicle design and manufacture, consumer and vehicle legislation, industry best practice
  • Knowledge and understanding of E.P.A. and C.O.S.H.H provisions and BSI Standards
