Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our Wellbeing Services as Head of Wellbeing Services. This is an exciting opportunity to join our team at Making Space and contribute to the growth and development of our Wellbeing offer nationally.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide specialist psychological oversight of therapy delivered to individuals using our Wellbeing Services
  • Develop new models of wellbeing interventions and contribute to audit, research, policy, and service development
  • Supervise and line manage practitioners within our Wellbeing Services and Student Counsellors
  • Develop and deliver training in psychological therapies for staff working within our rehabilitation services
  • Work with the Associate Director of Development and Social Value to grow our wellbeing services offer across our geographical footprint
Requirements
  • Professional qualification as a Registered Nurse Band 8a or above or a professionally recognised qualification in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy
  • Experience of leading the clinical response to senior leaders, board, and external commissioners
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
