We are seeking a highly skilled Gerontology Specialist to join our dynamic team at Triple West Medical. This is a unique opportunity to work in a prestigious NHS Trust, contributing to the development of innovative pathways of care and high-quality multi-professional training.
Our client is a key partner in developing integrated older people's services across health and social care and the third sector. As a Gerontology Specialist, you will have the opportunity to work with a mix of geriatric acute beds and dedicated specialty beds for the care of the more complex older adult.
The Trust operates an integrated approach to General Medicine and Geriatric Medicine, offering unique opportunities to improve services underpinned by cutting-edge research. You will have the chance to work with a well-supported and friendly team, with excellent leadership and a strong focus on quality and safety.
