Wilde Thyme, the events division of Entier Ltd, is seeking a skilled Chef de Partie to join their culinary team. This role will support the delivery of high-end, bespoke catering services and will be based at the company's production site in Comrie and at events across Scotland.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the delivery of high-end catering services
  • Work in a fast-paced environment to meet business commitments
  • Lead a site kitchen at events and maintain high levels of health and safety
  • Collaborate with the culinary team to deliver exceptional quality and service
  • Develop and maintain a good understanding of cost control and budget management
Requirements:
  • Passion for food, ingredients, and seasonality
  • Previous experience working in a busy, fast-paced environment
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work evenings and weekends as required
