The Role
The HR Operations Specialist is essential in facilitating seamless human resources functions. The primary responsibilities encompass managing employee inquiries through a ticketing system, overseeing the entire employee lifecycle, and conducting thorough background checks.
Key Responsibilities
- Efficiently manage and resolve employee inquiries and concerns via the ticketing system
- Prioritize and monitor case loads to ensure timely resolutions and follow-ups
- Oversee the complete employee lifecycle, from contract initiation to offboarding
- Conduct background checks, ensuring adherence to company policies and legal standards
- Prepare and manage employment contracts, amendments, and various HR documentation
- Utilize Workday and other HR information systems to maintain precise employee records and manage HR processes
Skills & Experience
- Proven experience in an HR Coordinator or a comparable role
- Familiarity with Workday and HR information systems is a plus
- Strong organizational and time-management capabilities
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to manage sensitive and confidential information with integrity
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
