The Role

The HR Operations Specialist is essential in facilitating seamless human resources functions. The primary responsibilities encompass managing employee inquiries through a ticketing system, overseeing the entire employee lifecycle, and conducting thorough background checks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Efficiently manage and resolve employee inquiries and concerns via the ticketing system
  • Prioritize and monitor case loads to ensure timely resolutions and follow-ups
  • Oversee the complete employee lifecycle, from contract initiation to offboarding
  • Conduct background checks, ensuring adherence to company policies and legal standards
  • Prepare and manage employment contracts, amendments, and various HR documentation
  • Utilize Workday and other HR information systems to maintain precise employee records and manage HR processes

Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience in an HR Coordinator or a comparable role
  • Familiarity with Workday and HR information systems is a plus
  • Strong organizational and time-management capabilities
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to manage sensitive and confidential information with integrity
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
