Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Commercial Finance Broker to join our THINK Finance Sales Team in Chelmsford. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving sales through new business and referral channels, working closely with clients to understand their financial needs and providing tailored solutions to meet their goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional sales service to new clients, from initial enquiry to sales closure
  • Nurture existing client relationships to secure new sales activity and referrals
  • Write and prepare financial proposals and credit applications, working with clients to gather necessary paperwork
  • Work closely with lenders to secure the best terms available and negotiate on conditions
  • Record all sales activity in our CRM and maintain up-to-date knowledge of lenders and their criteria
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of industry experience in commercial finance brokerage or lending
  • Detailed knowledge of products and lenders across the commercial lending market
  • Established contact network across the commercial finance industry
  • Proven ability to work with professional referral partners and excellent communication skills
