{"About the Role": "At Deciphex Limited, we are seeking a highly motivated and organized Support Technician to join our team. As a Support Technician, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our digital pathology platform. Your primary responsibilities will include receiving, accessioning, and uploading data to our portal, as well as maintaining referring clinician and patient information. You will also be responsible for ensuring compliance with GDPR/CQC regulations and maintaining patient records in accordance with all data protection protocols. Additionally, you will assist with out-of-office hours support and troubleshoot technical issues. If you have a scientific background, experience with transcription, and basic IT troubleshooting skills, we encourage you to apply.

**Responsibilities:**

* Receive, accession, and upload data to our portal
* Maintain referring clinician and patient information
* Ensure compliance with GDPR/CQC regulations
* Troubleshoot technical issues
* Assist with out-of-office hours support

**Requirements:**

* A-level in a science subject required
* Scientific diploma or relevant certification a distinct advantage
* Experience with transcription, Microsoft Word, and Excel
* Basic IT troubleshooting experience an advantage
* Experience with digital pathology an advantage
* Experience working with an electronic documentation system highly desirable
