- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Giorgio Armani Beauty products, including features, benefits, and application techniques.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in the beauty industry.
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive and memorable experience for all customers.
- Contribute to the maintenance of a clean and organized store environment, adhering to company standards and guidelines.
- Participate in visual merchandising and store displays, ensuring a visually appealing and engaging customer experience.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with department store floor managers and head office teams.
- Represent Giorgio Armani Beauty as a brand ambassador, embodying the brand's values and aesthetic.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a sales or customer-facing role, preferably in the beauty industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.

- Ability to work flexibly, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
