Maintenance Surveyor Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Surveyor to join our team at a large social housing provider. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the condition and safety of our properties and facilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Property Inspections: Conduct regular inspections of buildings, facilities, and infrastructure to assess their condition and identify maintenance requirements.
  • Budgeting and Cost Control: Assist in the preparation of maintenance budgets and monitor expenses to ensure cost-effective operations.
  • Compliance and Regulations: Stay up-to-date with relevant regulations, codes, and standards pertaining to building maintenance and safety.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure effective coordination of maintenance activities.
  • Reporting and Documentation: Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and prepare reports on maintenance performance.

Requirements: To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong understanding of building maintenance and safety regulations, as well as excellent communication and collaboration skills.
