Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Building Surveyor to join our team at Randstad CPE. As a Building Surveyor, you will be responsible for inspecting and assessing the condition of buildings and infrastructure, creating maintenance plans, and overseeing the execution of maintenance and repair works.

Key Responsibilities
  • Property Inspections: Conduct regular inspections of buildings, facilities, and infrastructure to assess their condition and identify maintenance requirements.
  • Document and Report: Document and report findings, including defects, deficiencies, and areas for improvement.
  • Prioritize Maintenance Tasks: Prioritize maintenance tasks based on urgency, safety, and impact on operations.
  • Budgeting and Cost Control: Assist in the preparation of maintenance budgets and monitor and control maintenance expenses to ensure cost-effective operations.
  • Compliance and Regulations: Stay up-to-date with relevant regulations, codes, and standards pertaining to building maintenance and safety.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams, including property management, operations, and finance, to ensure effective coordination of maintenance activities.

Requirements
  • Proven experience in building surveying or a related field.
