IT Systems Support Lead

We are seeking a skilled and motivated IT Systems Support Lead to oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of our IT support team.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead a dynamic team of 4-5 support technicians, ensuring high levels of productivity, technical expertise, and excellent customer service.
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the IT support function onsite, ensuring that all systems are running smoothly and that any issues are promptly addressed.
- Manage the ticketing system and ensure efficient resolution of support requests.
- Provide hands-on support for complex technical issues, acting as an escalation point for the team.
- Monitor and maintain IT systems, ensuring optimal performance, security, and reliability.
- Identify and implement process improvements within the support function to enhance efficiency, service quality, and customer satisfaction.
- Provide comprehensive systems training to team members, ensuring they are well-equipped to utilise the solutions effectively and efficiently.
- Experience in an IT support role, with leadership or supervisory position.
- Strong understanding of ICT infrastructure, including networks, servers, storage, and virtualisation.
- Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field preferred, or equivalent work experience.
- Constant learning and progression with access to online training at your disposal.
- A competitive salary of £45,000-£65,000.
- 25 days holiday + bank holidays + pension.
