We are seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to join our specialist clinic in Harlow, providing high-energy, engaging, and uplifting therapy to international clients. As a key member of our team, you will work with infants, toddlers, children, and adolescents who have cerebral palsy, developing, enhancing, or restoring functional skills to improve their daily living abilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat pediatric motor and sensory impairments, documenting deficits and developing treatment plans.
- Evaluate physical conditions, adapt environments for improved function, and train patients/caregivers in using assistive and mobility devices.
- Apply various practice frameworks, including neurodevelopmental and biomechanical approaches, and therapy techniques to achieve optimal outcomes.
- Maintain accurate documentation, write evaluation and progress reports, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to build rapport with clients.
- Manage schedules productively, contribute to clinical practice development, and adhere to professional, legal, and ethical guidelines.

Requirements:
- HCPC registration as an Occupational Therapist.
- Experience working with young people who have cerebral palsy.
- Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 22 KG with hands and wrists for therapeutic handling.
