We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Facilities Manager to join our team at Longdon Park School, part of Options Autism. As a Facilities Manager, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our school, providing a safe and supportive environment for our pupils and staff.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain the school's facilities, including buildings, grounds, and equipment
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and policies
- Develop and implement maintenance schedules and plans
- Collaborate with staff and stakeholders to identify and address facilities-related issues
- Provide excellent customer service and support to pupils, staff, and visitors
