We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Assistant to join our team at Complete Care Amegreen. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to individuals with complex needs in their own homes.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver person-centered care and support to individuals with complex needs, including those with spinal cord injuries, muscular dystrophy, and acquired brain injuries.
- Work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to develop and implement personalized care plans.
- Provide training and clinical support to enhance your skills in areas such as tracheotomy, ventilation, seizure management, and stoma care.
