  • **Handling Incoming and Outgoing Calls:** Respond to and resolve customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • **Dealing with Queries:** Address and resolve any issues or concerns related to transportation operations.
  • **Booking Jobs onto Bespoke IT System:** Accurately and efficiently book jobs onto our proprietary IT system.
  • **Adhering to Company and Statutory Legislation:** Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
  • **Coordinating Deliveries and Collections:** Coordinate the movement of goods and materials to and from our clients.
  • **Debriefs, Handovers, Briefing Night Drivers:** Conduct thorough debriefs and handovers with night drivers to ensure a smooth transition of operations.

**Requirements:**

  • **Ability to Multi-Task:** Demonstrate the ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • **MS Office Experience:** Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
