Key Responsibilities- Lead the Exploration and Application of LLMs: You will be responsible for exploring the latest research in LLMs and applying it to our code generation tools.
- Translate Research into Practical Solutions: You will work with our team to translate the latest research into high-quality systems and models that can be practically applied to improve our code generation tools.
- Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: You will work closely with our data collection, model evaluation, and tool integration teams to develop and implement model solutions.
- Fine-Tune Models and Ensure Quality: You will be responsible for fine-tuning models and ensuring that they meet our quality standards.
- Proficiency in Open-Source ML Toolkits: You should have proficiency in using open-source ML toolkits and frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, and OpenNMT.
- Strong Programming Skills: You should have strong programming skills in languages such as Python, C/C++, and Swift.
