Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Spa Therapist to join our team at Haulfryn - South. As a Spa Therapist, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality spa treatments to our customers, while maintaining high levels of cleanliness and hygiene. You will also be expected to promote a positive and professional image, creating a welcoming ambiance and providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver spa treatments to a high standard, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Maintain a clean and hygienic environment, adhering to all health and safety procedures.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer needs and concerns.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve business objectives and promote a positive company image.

Requirements

  • NVQ Level 2 & 3 or BTEC Level 2 & 3 qualifications desirable.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Flexibility to work variable hours, including weekends and bank holidays.
