We are seeking a skilled and dedicated individual to join our Insurance team, providing exceptional customer service and support in ensuring our clients' mortgage protection needs are met.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, where you will be responsible for:

  • Providing expert advice and guidance to clients on mortgage protection policies, including Life, Critical Illness, and Income Protection.
  • Handling client queries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Staying in contact with clients throughout their insurance journey, ensuring a seamless experience.
  • Chasing insurers and healthcare professionals for relevant reports and documentation.
  • Participating in regular one-to-one meetings and training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.

What We Offer

We provide a competitive package, including:

  • A basic salary of £26,000 per year, with opportunities for progression and career advancement.
  • A performance-related bonus, taking your earnings up to £30,000.
  • A comprehensive benefits package, including 29 days' holiday, company pension scheme, and free on-site parking.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A track record of working in an insurance or financial services environment, with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
  • A passion for delivering exceptional customer service and a commitment to providing a great experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a positive and professional telephone manner.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail and ability to multitask.
