About the Role

  • You will be responsible for communicating with potential clients, gathering information, and processing insurance applications for Life, Critical Illness, and Income Protection policies.

  • Respond to client inquiries and concerns in a professional and timely manner.

  • Establish and maintain relationships with clients throughout their insurance journey.

  • Coordinate with insurers and healthcare professionals to obtain necessary reports.

  • Participate in regular performance reviews and training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.
