About the RoleThe Senior Quantity Surveyor will be working on multiple projects in Essex, including industrial, commercial, mixed-use, and data centres. Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and encouraging project team performance to ensure main contractual obligations are executed and regularly reviewed.
- Completing and submitting monthly CVR and progress reports.
- Demonstrating understanding of internal and external tender strategies to work towards the profit plan.
- Agreeing external valuations and cash flow to maximise project value.
- Agreeing and producing main and subcontract final accounts.
The ideal candidate will have experience working for a UK main contractor, with new build experience and ambitions to progress to a commercial manager. The role offers a competitive salary of £75,000 - £85,000, car allowance, bonus, and clear progression opportunities.
