- Process Improvement: Develop and implement new programs, tools, and process improvements across the business to improve transparency, drive scale, and efficiencies.
- Several years of product management experience in professional, non-internship employment, with a proven track record of leading cross-functional teams in delivery of major new products or services.
- Experience in balancing conflicting priorities dealing with ambiguity, with a strong ability to prioritize effectively in a fast-changing environment.
- Experience overseeing roadmap strategy and definition, with a strong understanding of product development and tradeoffs.
- Experience with end-to-end product and/or feature delivery, with a strong ability to manage complex projects and drive metrics and benchmarks to ensure continuous improvement in process and business results.
- Organizational skills including prioritizing, scheduling, time management, and meeting deadlines, with a strong ability to handle confidential information.
- Experience influencing others and delivering results cross-functionally, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to identify and solve problems, and a demonstrated ability to manage complex projects.
- Owner mentality and an entrepreneurial drive, with a bias for action and a strong attention to detail.
