Position Overview:
As a Team Leader, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the store manager and overseeing daily operations. Your leadership will be essential in maintaining high standards of service and ensuring a positive customer experience.
Compensation: £25,500 per annum
Working Hours: 40 hours per week
Key Responsibilities:
- Inspire and guide your team to achieve exceptional service and brand standards.
- Drive profitability by enhancing sales and managing expenses effectively.
- Oversee stock management, including counts and orders.
- Collaborate with the Store Manager to set and achieve team objectives.
- Provide coaching and constructive feedback to team members, identifying areas for development.
- Address customer feedback promptly and appropriately.
- Assist the team in food preparation and service.
