Job Responsibilities- Handle pre- and post-appointment duties, ensuring cases are fully compliant with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct investigations and manage case-related projects within set timelines.
- Insolvency Experience: Proven experience in a corporate insolvency role, ideally with hands-on knowledge of IPS Cloud (Insolvency Practitioners System) or similar software.
- Report Writing: Excellent report writing skills, with the ability to produce clear, concise, and accurate documentation.
