GSL Education is seeking a dedicated and passionate Humanities Teacher to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing an excellent learning and teaching experience for young pupils.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver engaging and interactive lessons, utilizing visual and audio aids to facilitate learning.
  • Provide personalized instruction to each student, promoting interactive learning and assessment.
  • Develop and distribute educational materials, such as notes, summaries, and assignments.
  • Assess and record students' progress, providing grades and feedback.
  • Maintain a tidy and organized classroom environment.
  • Collaborate with other teachers, parents, and stakeholders, attending regular meetings and planning educational activities.
  • Continuously develop and enhance professional skills and knowledge through attending seminars and conferences.
Requirements
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) through a PGCE, B.Ed. with QTS, or equivalent.
  • Experience in teaching Humanities.
  • Hold a valid child-only Enhanced DBS on the Update service or be willing to obtain one through GSL.
