About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Marketing Retention Specialist to join our team at Fenwick. As a key member of our marketing department, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing strategies that enhance customer retention and deepen engagement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Retention Strategy Development: Develop and execute comprehensive retention strategies that leverage customer data to strengthen relationships with existing customers.
  • Engagement Enhancement: Formulate strategies to grow engagement levels by leveraging customer insights and utilizing data-driven approaches to personalize and optimize customer experiences across various touchpoints.
  • Display Advertising: Manage the strategy for display advertising campaigns with a focus on customer segmentation and targeted messaging.
  • Email Marketing: Develop strategy and plan for targeted email campaigns informed by customer data to nurture relationships, communicate promotions, and deliver personalized content.
  • Customer Database Integration: Oversee the seamless integration of customer data into organizational processes, ensuring data accuracy and leveraging customer insights to inform not only marketing strategies but also broader organizational decisions.
  • Metrics and Reporting: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) for retention and engagement initiatives, regularly evaluating and reporting on the success of campaigns, and using data-driven insights to refine and improve future strategies.
Requirements
  • Proven Experience: 2+ years of hands-on experience in retention marketing or CRM, with a track record of successful campaigns and demonstrated expertise in utilizing various channels.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and data interpretation skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Leadership Skills: Experience leading and mentoring a team, with a focus on driving results, fostering a positive work environment, and developing team members.
  • Supplier Management: Proven experience in managing relationships with marketing suppliers, negotiating contracts, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality services.
  • Strategic Thinker: Ability to think strategically, align marketing efforts with business goals, and adapt strategies based on evolving market trends.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
What We Offer
  • Competitive Salary: Up to £35,000 per annum, dependent on experience.
