As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for supervising and managing a team to ensure the highest standards of care are met, promoting independence, choice, and inclusion for our service users.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and motivate a team of support workers to deliver high-quality care and support
- Lead and promote independence, choice, and inclusion for service users
- Manage and coordinate daily tasks, including community-based activities
- Provide formal supervisions and manage staff performance
- Build effective relationships with key stakeholders
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a supervisory role
- Experience in Learning Disabilities
- Hold a Level 3 Diploma in Social Care or Equivalent
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
- Experience in managing and leading staffing teams to deliver positive results
