Key Responsibilities:

  3. Manage and coordinate daily tasks, including community-based activities
  4. Provide formal supervisions and manage staff performance
  5. Build effective relationships with key stakeholders

Requirements:

  1. Previous experience in a supervisory role
  2. Experience in Learning Disabilities
  3. Hold a Level 3 Diploma in Social Care or Equivalent
  4. Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
  5. Experience in managing and leading staffing teams to deliver positive results
