About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Assessment and Intervention: Conduct thorough assessments of children and young people's needs, and develop and implement effective intervention plans to address these needs.

  • Record Keeping and Reporting: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of children and young people's progress, and produce high-quality reports to inform decision-making and planning.
Requirements
  • Qualifications: Social Work Degree and registration with the Social Work England (SWE) register.
  • Experience: Proven experience of working with children and young people, and their families, in a social work setting.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with children, young people, and their families, as well as with other professionals and agencies.
