CHANGE-IT CONSULTING LTD is seeking a dedicated Business Systems Analyst to join our expanding team as we embark on an exciting growth phase. Following a series of successful client acquisitions and project expansions, we are looking to enhance our team of analysts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Demonstrated experience as a Business Systems Analyst in a fast-paced, multi-client setting
  • Proficiency in BA methodologies including MoSCoW, SWOT, BPM, Design Thinking, and PESTLE
  • Familiarity with Lean principles or Six Sigma methodologies
  • Expertise in gathering both functional and non-functional requirements
  • Capability to develop comprehensive BA and project documentation
  • Experience in creating user stories utilizing tools such as Jira
  • Proficient in Office 365 and Visio applications
  • Strong commercial awareness
  • Experience in client-facing roles
  • ISEB or BCA certification or equivalent; BCS or IIBA membership is preferred
