  • Engage with our seasonal menu items and articulate not only the ingredients but also the stories behind our sourcing and culinary philosophy.
  • Maintain a positive demeanor, anticipating guests' needs to ensure their dining experience is exceptional and memorable.
  • A background or interest in wine will be beneficial, enabling you to assist guests with wine pairings.
