Account Manager

At GRAHAM, we're committed to delivering exceptional services to our clients. As an Account Manager, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the successful delivery of our services across various client contracts.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee the delivery of services across client contracts, ensuring a 'best in class' experience for our clients and leading your team to achieve contract compliance and adherence.
- Drive revenue growth in existing accounts through effective upselling of our services, including surveying, monitoring, remedials, and maintenance.
- Develop a new business pipeline and deliver sales in line with targets.
- Operate the delivery of existing contracts, including mobilization and implementation of new contracts and projects.
- Provide technical support to clients, marketing, and bid submission teams.
- Offer consultancy services and technical advice to clients.
- Ensure the delivery of a consistent and technically compliant service in line with our internal quality management systems.
- Prepare technical proposals and quotations.
- Manage and support an operational team of supervisors, consultants/surveyors, technicians/engineers, and plumbers.
- Build and maintain successful relationships with clients, staff, internal departments, and external suppliers.
- Implement operational, health, safety, and environmental policies to ensure compliance with external accreditation schemes.
- Produce reports on contract performance, operational efficiency, and business development.
