We are seeking to recruit a dedicated Fire & Security Service Engineer to serve the London region.

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine servicing, maintenance, and troubleshooting on various fire alarm, access control, CCTV, and intruder detection systems.
- Ensure all tasks are executed to the highest standards, fulfilling client expectations.
- Respond promptly to service requests and resolve issues efficiently and professionally.
- Collaborate with fellow engineers and contribute to larger projects as part of a team.
- Provide outstanding customer service, fostering positive relationships with clients.
Candidate Profile:
Ideal Qualifications:
- Relevant experience in servicing, maintaining, and troubleshooting fire alarm, access control, CCTV, and intruder detection systems.
- Possess necessary certifications in fire and security systems or related disciplines.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to perform well under pressure.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Valid UK Manual Driving License.
- Willingness to work outside standard hours and participate in an on-call rotation.
- Self-motivated with a commitment to delivering exceptional service and maintaining high standards.
- Proficient technical knowledge and understanding of various systems.
- Able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Detail-oriented with the capability to complete tasks accurately and efficiently.
- Professional demeanor with a customer-focused approach.
