£90 daily, increasing to £113 daily after 12 weeks of service

We are seeking a committed Year 5 Teaching Assistant to play a vital role in our enthusiastic team.


Key Responsibilities:

Team Collaboration:
Work alongside a group of three teaching assistants across two Year 5 classes, ensuring effective support and teamwork.

Small Group Facilitation:
Lead small group sessions to create an engaging and interactive learning atmosphere.

Classroom Assistance:
Collaborate closely with the class teacher to enhance educational activities.

Personalized Support:
Provide individualized assistance to students requiring extra help.

Essential Duties:
Monitor and support students' academic and social progress.

Assist in preparing and organizing educational resources and materials.

Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment.

Deliver constructive feedback to educators regarding student development.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

Experience in a primary school setting or a graduate aspiring to enter the teaching profession.

Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.

Proven ability to work effectively within a team.

Enthusiastic, proactive, and dedicated to student achievement.

Excellent organizational skills for managing group activities and classroom resources.
