We are seeking a committed Year 5 Learning Support Assistant to play a vital role in our enthusiastic team.


Key Responsibilities:

Team Collaboration:
Collaborate with a team of three teaching assistants across two Year 5 classes, ensuring effective support and teamwork.

Group Facilitation:
Lead small group sessions, creating an engaging and interactive learning atmosphere.

Classroom Assistance:
Work alongside the class teacher to enhance educational activities and support learning objectives.

Individual Support:
Provide personalized assistance to students requiring additional help.

Primary Duties:
Monitor and support students' academic and social growth.

Assist in the preparation and organization of teaching materials and resources.

Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment.

Deliver constructive feedback to educators regarding student progress.

Ideal Candidate Profile:


Experience in a primary school setting or a graduate aspiring to become an educator.
