Key Responsibilities:

  • Undertake shifts weekdays and weekends, ensuring seamless service delivery.
  • Act as a focal point for hotel guests and employees, providing a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
  • Follow the hotel's Standards of Order of Service at all times, maintaining the highest standards of quality and consistency.
  • Interact with customers in a professional and friendly manner, building strong relationships and exceeding expectations.
  • Proactively communicate customer feedback to colleagues and line managers, driving continuous improvement.
