About the Role:

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Branch Manager or Senior Property Manager in an estate agency or related industry.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Ability to analyze sales data and implement strategies to drive revenue growth.
  • Knowledge of the estate agency industry and market trends.

What We Offer:

  • A competitive basic salary of up to £25,000.
  • A guaranteed OTE of £50,000.
