Job Title: Senior SCADA Engineer

Enzen Global Limited - UK is seeking a highly skilled Senior SCADA Engineer to join our team. As a Senior SCADA Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining SCADA systems for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop SCADA systems for our clients
  • Maintain and troubleshoot existing SCADA systems
  • Conduct site acceptance testing to validate controls functionality
  • Take ownership of technical issues and work with 3rd line support to resolve advanced issues
  • Provide SCADA and telemetry support and work with IT infrastructure on system issues and upgrades
  • Develop and update custom application functionality and understand and support external system interfaces
  • Build, modify, test, and design screens/mimics and database records in SCADA to add new operations functions
  • Support troubleshooting control equipment by providing diagnostic information to the field
  • Resolving escalated customer complaints without the need for team lead intervention
  • Participate in testing of new tools, applications, and releases; Participation in providing training to customers as required
  • Prepare excel based reports based on incident severity
  • Follow IT procedures e.g. ITIL and strictly complying with our policies
Requirements:
  • Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Computer Science required
  • Firm grasp of how web applications work, networking, and software products
  • Good understanding of ITIL processes
