Job Title: Consultant Psychiatrist - CAMHS

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Consultant Psychiatrist to join our Preston CAMHS Team. As a leading member of our community children and young people's mental health service, you will provide input to the Preston CYP service and Royal Preston Hospital A&E and Paediatric ward.

Main Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality clinical care to children and young people with mental health needs
  • Participate in the Consultant On Call rota and provide out-of-hours cover
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of mental health services for children and young people
  • Supervise and support junior staff members
  • Engage in education and training activities to enhance the skills and knowledge of the team
