About the Role

Job Summary

The Branch Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of a care branch, ensuring the delivery of high-quality care services to clients. This role requires a strong leader who can motivate and manage a team of care workers, while also maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements.

The successful candidate will be accountable for:

  • Managing the care team to ensure the delivery of high-quality care services
  • Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, including quality standards and contractual obligations
  • Developing and implementing business plans to drive growth and improve service delivery
  • Managing budgets and resources to ensure efficient use of resources
  • Providing coaching and training to care workers to enhance their skills and knowledge
Requirements

Essential Qualifications and Experience

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A Level 5 Health and Social Care qualification
  • Registration with a relevant professional body
  • Proven experience in a care management role, with a strong track record of leadership and team management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
