Job Title: Order Processing Customer Support and Weighbridge Operator

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as an Order Processing Customer Support and Weighbridge Operator. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, processing orders, and operating the weighbridge.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers, responding to queries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Process orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely delivery and minimizing errors.
  • Operate the weighbridge, accurately recording weights and waste types, and maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
  • Assist with general administrative duties, including data entry and record-keeping.
  • Liaise with transport, sales, and workshop teams to ensure seamless operations.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office packages and ability to learn new systems quickly.
  • Previous customer service experience, preferably in a similar role.
  • Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
