We are seeking a skilled and experienced Structural Team Member to join our team at Liberty Speciality Steels. As a key member of our Structural Department, you will be responsible for carrying out planned and reactive maintenance duties, with a focus on pipefitting across all departments of our Stocksbridge Works.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure maximum productivity and adhere to relevant Health & Safety procedures
  • Perform planned and routine maintenance on assets
  • Carry out pipework fabrication, installations, and replacement across site to agreed plans
  • Fabricate structural steel items of varying grades and thicknesses, working from engineering drawings
  • Responsible for own workload and ensure all tasks are completed to relevant deadlines
  • Utilise CMMS to maintain services by completing and feeding back planned and reactive work
Requirements
  • Trained to a recognised standard for welding and pipefitting activities
  • Experience using a variety of welding equipment and processes, including MMA/MIG/TIG/Oxy Fuel cutting
  • Pipefitting experience of heavy/light pipework essential with plating and welding experience also an advantage
  • Ability and experience of working to weld procedures
