Job Role – Motor Vehicle Service Advisor

We are working with a reputable automotive dealership in the Surrey area who are seeking a skilled Service Advisor.

Job Location – Surrey areaSalary - circa £27,000Service Advisor Responsibilities:
  1. Ensure customers are informed of service and repair work required to their vehicles in a professional manner.
  2. Advise on estimated costs of repairs and work to be undertaken.
  3. Sell additional products as appropriate to customers' needs.
  4. Advise on timescales and collection arrangements.
  5. Produce job cards on in-house computer system.
  6. Update customer and vehicle records.
  7. Document all warranty work in accordance with manufacturer policy.
  8. Prepare and complete invoices.
Requirements for this Service Advisor position:
  1. Previous experience working as a Service Advisor within a motor garage.
  2. Full driving licence.

As a Service Advisor, you will ensure the highest standard of courtesy and professionalism when interacting with customers and members of the public.
