ROLE OVERVIEW:

We are seeking a professional with a robust background in cost management, particularly in large-scale capital projects valued in the hundreds of millions to over a billion pounds. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in supporting project controls and contract management from a financial perspective. Key responsibilities include:

  • Analyzing and assessing the cost collection, reporting, and forecasting from EPC contractors
  • Providing cost input for change management processes
  • Reviewing contractor cost and commercial submissions, offering guidance to stakeholders
  • Determining the value of completed work, including managing valuations, applications, and invoices

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:

  • Strong foundation in cost management
  • Familiarity with civil, mechanical, piping, electrical, instrumentation, access, insulation, and painting within the industrial sector
  • Experience in contract management
  • Proven stakeholder management skills
