Quality Assurance Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Inspector to join our team at Héroux-Devtek. As a Quality Inspector, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality of our products and services.
Main Responsibilities- Create, manage, and review First Article Inspection Reports (FAIRs) in accordance with AS9102.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and company procedures.
- Conduct visual inspections of customer components to drawings and specifications.
- Perform dimensional and documentation inspections on incoming parts and outgoing products.
- Participate in Root Cause Failure Mode investigations.
- Document product quality issues and concerns.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to operate as an effective team member.
- A self-motivated approach and a proactive attitude.
- Ability and willingness to learn new skills and abilities through on-the-job training.
- Knowledge of AS9102.
- Experience within an aerospace manufacturing environment.
- Experience as a final inspector in a manufacturing organization.
- Strong background in Quality Inspection, Metrology, and CMM.
- Ability to operate CMMs and/or Faro Arms.
