This position involves a commitment of 37.5 hours per week, from Monday to Friday, focusing on the administrative and reception functions of the Nursery. Responsibilities include managing phone communications, welcoming parents, and performing various office tasks. While prior experience in a nursery setting is beneficial, strong interpersonal skills are essential.
Salary is approximately £26,325, commensurate with experience, along with an attractive benefits package. Initially, this role is offered on a 6-month contract.

Key ResponsibilitiesAs a Nursery Administrator, your duties will include:
- Assisting the Nursery manager with phone inquiries and message taking.
- Performing reception duties, including greeting parents and ensuring compliance with safety protocols.
- Providing comprehensive email support.
- Managing the manager's calendar, including scheduling nursery tours and recruitment appointments.
- Handling incoming mail and deliveries.
- Conducting filing, scanning, and other administrative tasks.
