Job Title: Homeless Housing Support Advisor

Job Summary:

Oasis Community Housing is seeking a skilled and compassionate Homeless Housing Support Advisor to join our team. As a key member of our Housing Management Team, you will play a vital role in supporting the delivery of property-based Crisis and Home projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide housing management functions to ensure the health and safety of properties, including decorating, furnishing, and scheduling repairs and maintenance.
  • Work with colleagues to collect rents and service charges, and fill voids in accordance with organizational policies and procedures.
  • Support the provision of safe accommodation with holistic support in HMOs and dispersed houses, with 24/7 on-site staff support.
  • Collaborate with the Housing Management Team to ensure the effective management of the property portfolio.
