Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Financial Planning Manager to join our team at Right People. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic financial plans that align with our corporate objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and Project Manage Strategic Financial Plans: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement comprehensive financial plans that support our business objectives.
  2. Build Detailed Budgets: Create detailed budgets for specific territories or legal entities, taking into account various financial and operational factors.
  3. Coordinate Information Collection and Production: Oversee the collection and production of financial information, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  4. Consolidate Reports: Consolidate financial reports at the sub-regional level, providing insights into financial performance.
  5. Lead Budget and Forecast Presentation: Actively lead the construction of budget and forecast presentation packs, ensuring all revenue and costs are recognized and accurately reported.
  6. Ensure Accurate Financial Reporting: Ensure that all financial information is accurately and completely reported, including direct client billing, supplier invoices, and proper accruals.
  7. Supervise Analytical Allocation: Supervise the analytical allocation of accounting entries, ensuring that all financial transactions are properly recorded and reported.
  8. Control Accuracy and Completeness: Control the accuracy and completeness of financial information reported, ensuring that all financial data is reliable and trustworthy.
  9. Consolidate Information in Group ERP: Consolidate financial information received within our Group ERP system, ensuring that all financial data is up-to-date and accurate.
  10. Analyze Variances: Analyze variances against budget and previous year, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
  11. Prepare Monthly and Quarterly Reports: Prepare monthly and quarterly reports for regional management, including country/product line profitability analysis, rolling forecast, and G&A review.
  12. Support Management Presentation: Support management presentations to Group directors, providing financial insights and recommendations.
  13. Ensure NC P&L and Reporting: Ensure that NC P&L and reporting by client database is up-to-date, facilitating rolling forecast.
