Your Responsibilities:

Working from our modern office, you will engage with guests through various channels including email, phone, live chat, and social media. What We Are Looking For:

We seek candidates who possess:

  • Experience in a hospitality or customer service role.
  • A proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Familiarity with the local area of Cornwall.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Relevant qualifications in English and Maths (GCSE Grade A-C or equivalent).
  • A valid, clean driving license.
  • The ability to work weekends regularly.
