About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Manager, Learning & Development to drive and execute our learning & development strategy, aligning with our client's organisational goals.

As a key member of our team, you will create clear career and growth opportunities for all employees, identifying future skills needed to accelerate business growth.

You will collaborate closely with senior leaders, people partners, DEI & subject matter experts to identify training needs, develop impactful programs, and foster a culture of continuous learning.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design engaging e-learning content
  • Identify training needs through stakeholder collaboration and performance gap analysis
  • Analyse feedback and data to continuously improve learning initiatives and ROI
  • Implement methods to measure employee skill development and performance improvements
Requirements
  • Proven experience in learning and development roles with a forward-thinking business
  • Previous experience in owning, managing, and administering an LMS
  • Strong understanding of adult learning principles and training delivery techniques
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, using data to support decision-making
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively
  • Creative and resourceful with a tenacious appetite to deliver
  • A positive, 'can-do' attitude
