Role Overview
In the capacity of a Senior Paid Media Executive, you will oversee the paid media initiatives for a select group of our prominent eCommerce clients. Our clientele primarily spans the apparel, beauty, and consumer goods sectors, with opportunities for growth as we secure new partnerships. While your focus will predominantly be on Search, we encourage channel diversification where Return on Ad Spend (ROAS) permits.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and enhance our top-tier clients by devising, executing, and refining innovative paid media strategies across Search, Social, and other channels.
- Conduct market and competitor analysis to uncover trends and opportunities, sharing insights with both internal and external teams.
- Oversee substantial media budgets, ensuring effective allocation and monitoring of expenditures.
- Collaborate closely with creative and content teams to align paid media strategies with overarching marketing objectives.
- Stay informed on industry trends, tools, and best practices to maintain a competitive edge.
- Take the lead in diversifying our media platform mix beyond traditional channels.
- Mentor junior team members, promoting a culture of continuous learning and professional development.
- Establish and nurture strong client relationships, effectively communicating strategies and performance outcomes.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in paid media, with a strong emphasis on either Search or Social.
- Proficiency in bid strategies, creative best practices, and various campaign types.
- Exceptional analytical skills, capable of interpreting complex data and translating it into actionable insights.
- Understanding of product feeds and their adaptation for Search and Social channels.
- Strong communication and presentation abilities, with a knack for conveying intricate strategies clearly and persuasively.
- Demonstrated experience in budget management and achieving performance targets.
- A collaborative team player eager to learn and share knowledge.
Desirable Skills and Qualifications
- Experience in creating and managing campaigns on TikTok and Snapchat.
- Familiarity with Smartly and/or SA360.
- Knowledge of app marketing strategies.
- Expertise in tag implementation and tracking.
- Cross-channel marketing awareness.
