Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Gas Engineer to join our team at Start Monday as a Technical Support Specialist. As a key member of our team, you will provide technical expertise and support to our customers and partners across the UK.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support and guidance to heating engineers, installers, and consultants over the phone and via other communication channels.
- Assist in the development and maintenance of technical documentation, including product manuals and technical guides.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues and improve product performance.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and advancements in heating system design and technology.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Gas Engineer, Heating Engineer, or related field with a strong understanding of heating system design and fault-finding.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, colleagues, and partners.
- Basic computer skills and proficiency in using technical software and tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and technical excellence.
